Free Courses: Exclusive Offer to OEF MembersSeptember 2016



Equine Guelph and the Ontario Equestrian Federation are partnering to offer FREE online short courses to the first 200 OEF members to register. The new training courses are:


• 'Equine Welfare – Canada's Code'

• 'Equine Biosecurity – Canada's standard'


The online courses are valued at $95. Selection of winners will be made on a first-come-first-served basis with 50 coaches/facilities and 50 general OEF members chosen for each course.


two horsesBoth three-week courses will bring participants up to speed on Canada's new national codes and standards. Every single person who is responsible for a horse should have a basic knowledge of the Code of Practice for the Care and Handling of Equines as well as the Equine Biosecurity standard.


Equine Guelph courses qualify for Equestrian Canada continuing education credits. Registration for the free courses opens in November. Stay tuned for more details.
